44th ANNUAL

 This is the 44th running of the oldest race in Houston.

Run as many RPMs (laps) as you please in 33:20

Pre-LP lbs weigh-in for Clydesdales and Rubens

The race course is around a beautiful 400 meter bouncy synthetic track - no asphalt or concrete or pot holes!

By arriving early or staying late, the rare opportunity exists to actually watch some of Houston's best runners.

Awards to the entrants with the best limericks. Unlimited entries accepted.

T-Shirt / Shoe Collection

Clean shirts and shoes will be collected for donation to Purple Heart

Lane Assignment and Lap Counting

Each entrant is assigned a lane based on the age group of the entrant. Each entrant is responsible for keeping track of their total laps run. The best way is to bring a companion who can keep count from the bleachers. Lap sheets will be provided.

Location

St. Thomas High School track. The school is located at the northeast corner of Memorial Drive and Shepherd. The stadium/track is to the east of the school.
